"Dates Chocolate" is made from Dates Sugar, NOT whole Dates.

Dates sweetened chocolate is sweetened with highly pulverized (till 18-20 microns) dried dates powder which is 90% sugar. At this micron size, when consumed in chocolate, pulverized dates powder behaves more like fruit juice rather than like whole fruit. 

Dates Sugar sweetened chocolate can not have "No Added Sugar" claim.
