INGREDIENTS: FINE FLAVOUR COCOA BEANS, BROWN SUGAR, COCOA BUTTER, ROASTED ALMONDS, FEUILLETINE, PINK SALT, EMULSIFIER SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (E3221).

  • Muscovado sugar, not the refined white kind.
  • Rich, pure cocoa butter; no hydrogenated vegetable oil.
  • Non-GMO sunflower lecithin, not soya lecithin.

    Just tried it based on the reviews here. But compared to other products from Paul and Mike (most are fabulous), these almond rochers are quite average. Also don't compare them subconsciously with Ferroro Rochers as P&M don't match that, nor probably intend to.

    I'd rather spend my money on other P&M products.

    Yes, the chocolate can easily melt at room temperature, so it would be better to keep it refrigerated. But to experience the flavour complexity of our chocolates, we recommend consuming them at room temperature.
