Here's a thing , you 1000% captured the masala chai flavour , but personally I think k it leans wayyyy to heavy on ginger and the second note if cinnamon, but then you debate if , green cardamom,fennel have anything to do in a masala chai or not ... So whenever I went back to my refrigerator to get a second bite and reassess the notes both smell and taste combined ,I feel like the other notes were lacking, other than that great quality of chocolate, texture is on point over all needs a little more of the other things pop more but well deserved for the award winning titile )
