DIRECTIONS:
HOT CHOCOLATE
1. ADD 30G OF DRINKING CHOCOLATE TO 150ML OF MILK IN A SAUCEPAN.
2. BRING TO A BOIL WHILE STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY.
3. SERVE WITH MARSHMALLOWS OR A DASH OF CINNAMON (OPTIONAL).


COLD CHOCOLATE
1. HEAT A SMALL AMOUNT OF MILK WITH 30G OF DRINKING CHOCOLATE TILL IT BOILS.
2. ADD THE REST 150ML ICE COLD MILK.
3. SERVE WITH ICE CUBES OR CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS (OPTIONAL).

INGREDIENTS: SUGAR, COCOA BEANS, COCOA POWDER, CINNAMON, GINGER POWDER, NUTMEG, BLACK PEPPER, CLOVES.

    Hot chocolate

    Got the hot chocolate mix to celebrate Christmas with family. Really enjoyed the smell and flavor. The spices are not too over powering. It's just right. If I had to give any suggestion it would be to maybe have a Suger free version of this available too just so others who can't have surgery drinks or those who prefer less sweet drinks would be able to enjoy this as well.

    Yes, the chocolate can easily melt at room temperature, so it would be better to keep it refrigerated. But to experience the flavour complexity of our chocolates, we recommend consuming them at room temperature.
